Great location, right in old town center. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff was nice. Although, the showerhead was low so you had to bend to get under it which was a little different.

Staying in the old part of Salzburg was a great idea. It was very beautiful and convenient. Good value for money. The staff are excellent.

Not good value. No TV in room, no courtain in shower so there is no way to keep the toilet dry. Room was just ok. Butter in breakfast was expired and when we raised it to the man responsible of it we were told "it's the only one we have". The lady in the reception was nice and helpful...

This hotel was very small and quaint...only 12 rooms but very convenient for 2 nights in Salzburg over New Year...could walk one minute back from the festivities in the main square. Staff were most helpful and friendly.

A lovely place to stay! Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They even booked our tours for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Pooly lighted. The lift helped, but still stairs to climb with bags. I would stay here again

great location, wonderful staff, and so cute. if yo uare looking for a hostel feel and a place to meet other travelers this is not. this is more for couples or people who are interested in a more quiet atmopshere.

It has the entrance together with a Chinese restaurant and it has no parking for the car.

Very nice. Lovely, helpful staff that arranged for a doctor to make a house call and made the best hot chocolates for breakfast.

Enjoyed our stay although the fact the hotel dosen't have a 1st floor lift is a challenge when you have several suit cases!
