I came here to the Avenues go skiing, when i gotten there I found out they had a sweet deal on a ski package. 1 day dorm stay and a ski salt lake superpass $60.00, it even encluded transportation to the 4 ski resorts. I went to Alta and had a blast! The Hostel had so many people there going skiing. Taku, Miho, Aiko, and Muga new friends I made from Japan went skiing with me every day I was there. The neighborhood was a nice and quiet residentual area which is a rarity for hostels I stayed at. There was a supermarket four blocks to the north of the hostel. Gary and Richard the desk staff was nice and helpful. The cleaning staff seemed to keep the hostel pretty clean. I would recomend this hostel to everyone going to Salt Lake City!close

strange with the self checkin. Got the help I need though showing up in the middle of the night. The entrance is on th eBACK of the house.

Camelot Guest House 79%
I was there for 2 days before I actually saw anyone else there; very private for a hostel. For me, the place was better than any hotel I've ever stayed at. I felt right at home. Also, they have free WiFi - or at least someone does :)

– posted on Nov 2008 1Never saw a staff person. Other guests not friendly. House is very dirty and run-down. Floor turned feet black; rug in our room was so stained I was leery of walking on it. This seems to no longer be a guest house for travelers but instead a short (long?) term residence of "rooms for rent."...

– posted on Nov 2008 5i think it owukld be nice if there is a sitting room. it is hard to sit on kitchen table and watch TV that is up the ceiling....also it gets a bit tight when there are more thn 4 people around the table....
