It contains masterpieces by Bernini, Caravaggio, Raphael and the sublime Antonello da Messina, among others. Even if you know nothing about art history the surroundings and beauty of the rooms (in the Casino, or summerhouse of the Villa Borghese) cannot fail to impress.
