Great location if you want "local". Market right outside the door and a large supermarket a few blocks away. Nice & close to the Metro. Seemed like they were new to renting the place - new appliances, towels, etc. Could've used a good sweeping before we arrived and we ended up... more Great location if you want "local". Seemed like they were new to renting the place - new appliances, towels, etc. Could've used a good sweeping before we arrived and we ended up fixing a few minor problems (lights) ourselves. There's no phone, which made tracking down lost luggage with the airline difficult. Not for "picturesque" Rome, but awesome if you want to live like a local.close

2GianLuca was very good, he waited in the apartment until we arrived, which was an hour late! The apartment is nice, although the apartment was not very clean e.g the fridge was not clean and the bathroom floor was dirty. The apartment was cold, we had to call GianLuca out on the 2nd day... more GianLuca was very good, he waited in the apartment until we arrived, which was an hour late! The apartment was cold, we had to call GianLuca out on the 2nd day as we had no hot water or heating. Although, GianLuca was very good in dealing with the problem but we were slightly disappointed that the problem occurred in the first place. Even though, there were some issues, I would use your apartment again as the location is perfect! I would also recommend your apartment to others.close

The center is, however, easily accessible by... more This was one of best apartments that my boyfriend and I stayed during our 2 month trip through Europe. The aparment is not directly in the center of the tourist center of Rome, but a little outside the tourist map; which actually was a plus for us. The center is, however, easily accessible by metro or bus. The rooms are spacious, clean, fully equipped for cooking, cleaning, bathing, etc. There is a daily market directly downstairs where you can find fresh produce, pasta, or even clothes if you need it. I think this apartment was actually the best part of visiting Rome. It was actually amazingly quiet, despite having the lively market downstairs. At night the street of the apartment is quite dark, but since the neighborhood seems relatively safe, I didn't feel too uneasy walking home at night.close
