This place is highly recommendable!! Very well located, a few minutes away from the nearest metro station, but almost all the tourist attractions are reachable on foot (a few minutes away from piazza di Spagna). It is two stations away from termini, it makes it easy to arrive by train to the Vatican and Coliseum. However, it is a far walk from the casttle and the sites between the coliseum and the vatican since there isn't any trains in that area. However, it is a far walk from the casttle and the sites between the coliseum and the vatican since there isn't any trains in that area. When we arrived the appartment was not ready and we waited around 40 min, after that it was ok. The kitchen is well equipped, the bathroom was clean, as well as the rooms. It is a nice place to stay.close

Good location close enough to Barberini and a bit further on, the Spanish steps. Great having a lift to the floor and relatively close to a supermarket. Quiet location with restaurants close by. Very good overall.

good location close to sites or metro, very reasonabley priced would definately use this accomodation again if i go back to rome.

I had an excellent time staying at this place. It was in a great location. Next to luxurious hotels, almost like an upper east side location in new york, and a 10 minute walk to the spanish steps and another 10 to the trevi fountain. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The only problem I had staying here was the shower had clogged the first night. After calling the owner the next day, it was fixed in less than an hour. The staff was very helpful.close

This was in a fantastic location, and especially for seeing all of rome. The owner recommended some excellent places and was extremely friendly. I would definately stay here again!!

The apartment was well located, closer to Metro stop Barberini than Spagna. It suited our needs for the time we were in Rome -it's always nice to be able to put a couple of beers in the fridge!

Unfortunately the heating did not work - not so good for a winter holiday; 2 of the 4 stove elements were out of order which made cooking for a family of 5 tricky; and the shower didnt drain. Sadly the owner didnt respond to our texts and we put up with these problems for 5 nights....

The apartment is a bit sparse, no lounge area, no outlook, not a good location for self catering. Good base for viewing Rome easy access from subway or short walk from city centre, overall good value. Only negative early laundry collection on final morning 8am'ish, with 10am vacation time.

Accogliente, comodo, silenzioso, discrezionale. Un'ottima opportunità per alloggiare in centro città. Altamente consigliato - I can highly reccommend it.
