  • Lovely food, good service, not the standard pizza and pasta, but instead real italian food. I had the veal, which was delicious and perfectly cooked and my husband had the three cheeses and black pepper pasta and he was quite happy it with it. Would definitely recommend, only comment is that it is a bit more traditional looking than the photo would suggest, but all in all, definitely made for a lovely meal. Warmly welcomed and received gift for booking via toptable.

  • Read good things about this restaurant and wasn't disappointed. Great food, comprehensive wine list. We were in a booth which was a very intimate dining experience and added to our evening. Would recommend if you want somewhere special to eat.

  • As it was valentines and my fiances 30th birthday we wanted somewhere special, unfortunatly Ad hoc did not live upto this. It seemed a very nice resturant, service was good but food and wine was expensive for what you get and i dont know whether we made the wrong choices but the food just didnt live upto expectations either, I was sold a bottle of dessert wine as prosecco, which annoyed me. All in all just wasn't the romantic meal we were looking for.

  • Went to Adhoc for Valentines Day. Liked the simple and quirky decor. Menu was good although I dont like salmon and they kindly substituted that course. However, we were nearest to the door and got very cold and distracted by the door constantly being opened by arrivals, table requests and people going in and out for a cigarette. This could be improved by putting a curtain or parition across. Recommend the pasta with seabass and lemon. We received a present for having booked through toptable.

  • Ad Hoc is a restaurant to recommend. A very positive arrival, nice table, nice service, very good food (although the saltimbocca was not easy to eat for my mum, when she left everything on the plate, no questions were asked...) I would have prefered to have one waitress for our table. The restaurant is located in a nice street/area
