This very modern, minimalist hotel is located across the street from the Rome Termini Station. At first this seemed like a drawback since the area around the hotel is a bit dodgey, especially after dark. However once we discovered the back door entrance into the hotel lobby we could stay inside... more This very modern, minimalist hotel is located across the street from the Rome Termini Station. At first this seemed like a drawback since the area around the hotel is a bit dodgey, especially after dark. However once we discovered the back door entrance into the hotel lobby we could stay inside the terminal until the very end and simply cross the street and duck straight into the hotel. The proximity to the station made it convenient for sightseeing. The buffet breakfast was great and offered many hot and cold items with a wonderful top floor view over the city. The rooms were modern and minimalist but comfortable. The shower is in a frosted glass enclosure directly behind the bed so you would not want to share a room with someone you aren't very familiar with! We were fortunate to have a room on the street side -- after moving rooms from the train station side -- which I am sure gets quite noisy. Staff was friendly and helpful.close
