Hotel was billed as 2 star but we felt it deserved 3. The bathroom was lovely and well-equipped and the girl on the reception desk couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent central location within walking distance of many places of interest and easy access to station.

Very nice hotel for a budget! Good location and nice staff. Breakfast was quite simple but something to start your day with. I'll recommend!

WE very much enjoyed our stay at orlanda and would do so again in future. It would have been nice if breakfast could have been flexible due to our early departure on the 27th but other than that we have no complaints, thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only problem we found was that the breakfast room was too small to accommodate all the guests in the hotel, so you had to book in early to get breakfast at the time you wanted it.

My only criticism is that on our arrival we were asked what time we would like breakfast but were not told that we had to book breakfast each evening for the following day. On day 2 we went to breakfast at our usual time only to be told that there was no room for us as we hadn't booked the previous evening. We were given the choice of waiting for a free table or taking breakfast on a tray to our room, which unfortunately was 2 floors down. Finally we opted for a 25 minute wait. We also had to leave early on our day of departure but our room was very close to reception and in the early hours of the morning there was a lot of noise in the reception area, which woke both myself and children.close

From the point of entry Hotel Orlanda does not look very appealing but believe me this is just the lower floor entry. Once you actually reach the hotel floors and get inside your room it is a wonderful hotel and well worth the money. The room was clean and very comfortable and the staff are...
