Overall very good but the hot water was not always hot enough to run a hot bath. The breakfast was adequate, the staff helpful and friendly. The location was convenient.

Nice enough hotel, close to Termini, but the walk from Termini to the hotel did not feel very safe at night. The rooms were clean and had a good shower and free breakfast. Staff were not particularly friendly.

This place is really good value in this area and extremely clean. The staff were really helpful and security is really good here as well.

The staff was very helpful and friendly! They spoke very good English and the location was great-it couldn´t have been better! The room was very nice! :)

Excellent location in the center of the city and only 2 blocks from the main train station. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was alright providing coffee, pastrys and cereal. The rooms were clean, however, the bathroom was extremy small!! What a refreshing joy to stay here after spending time and money in a HI hostel and 2 other private hostels. I'd definately stay here again.

This hotel was very noisy even with double glazing and shutters so don't stay here if you are a light sleeper! Compared to elsewhere we stayed in Italy the breakfast wasn't that great

The location is great as far as being close to the main train station termini, but not at all seedy. It's a working class street w/plenty of cafes, bars, a internet cafe, and international phone service. Located a block from the beautiful Piazza de S. Maggiore you can catch the metro or a taxi to wherever you need to go. Just make sure the meter is running on the taxi, it should cost no more than 6 to 8 euros to get where you need to go within the center of the city.close

Great hotel, but shady neighborhood. Definitely didn't feel safe walking around there at night. Breakfast and service was excellent.

the staff spoke perfect english and was so helpful with everything. i felt like we were at a much nicer hotel than the price would indicate. i highly recommend this hotel, i would definitely stay there again.

It was fine, not what it looked like from the pictures but the staff were good and so was the location- if you dont mind staying in the dodgy end of town! Very clean and tidy and always freshly made every day.

this is more of a hotel set up, very close to the train station (walking distance). Rooms were v nice. Breakfast was continental. Would recommend this hotel for couples.

Hotel is located near to the main termini station and is few steps away from the local metro station. Although the room is small but we stayed only for sleeping, it is OK. Staff are helpful and the breakfast is very good. If I come again to rome, I would definetly try at this hotel before...
