It's a guesthouse. The staff were ok but 24hr desk was frequently empty. No area to meet any other guests. Rooms were nice and handy to train station/metro.

If you're looking for nothing more than a clean, not too expensive, strategically located accomodation , this hotel is good for you. No breakfast or other added value besides the possibility to leave bags, butr no complaints either.

Very very close to main station, Termini. Some people on the streets may annoy you but the district is safe. At least we did not have any problems.

The hotel is easy to find. The reception is on the third floor of a buidling. There is a little elevator (2 person + 2 backpacks max) to bring us up.

Neither Air conditioning nor heating works as advert. It would be nice if there was a kettle so sb can make a coffee.

Take earplugs with you. There noise inside ( neighbours) and outside the building (traffic). If somebody is smoking in the same corridor, the smoke will be everywhere, including your room.

The room was saturated with the smell of smoke, and the only way I could get rid of it was to keep the window open the entire time. It was very cold out, so this was not a fun option. The bathroom was nice and big. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, but other than that it was fine. They provided me with one towel. The location was great - I was very close to Termini Station. The neighborhood didn't feel entirely safe, but it was close to a lot of other hotels.close

The staff were miserable and quite rude. But the location and cleaniness was great. No character or atmosphere in the hotel. BUt if your looking for somwhere to stay and for quite cheap (i do believe you could get it cheaper else where) its not a bad deal. Trying to find it was quite hard too....

Basic room. Close to termini station (10 min walk) street a bit noisy but most places in Rome are more noisy so in comparison was not bad.

Overpriced impersonal pension calling itself a hotel. But the location, near trains, busses, and subway, and good, cheap, restaurants, is great.

The hotel was very close to the train station, which was great. The hotel advertises that they provide free luggage storage, however they only allowed us to store our bags until 3pm, so we had to pay for the luggage storage at the train station anyways.

Great room, but be careful: Rome in the summer can be rather hot without A/C.

They wanted E15/day to use the air conditioner. All that is needed is a small fan or ceiling fan. We did not pay for the AC so the room was stifling hot. Everthing else was great.

- Main issue is that it is very noisy when other guests come home in the night. - No airconditioning available although they say on the site that you can rent them. - It is about 10 minute walk to the underground in Termini station (Main railway station in Rome)

I would not stay here if you like your money to be safe. The owner of the hotel stole 100 euro from us and when we confronted him he acted as though nothing had happened. I would not recomend this place to anyone. please dont stay here and let him do it again.

It was an amazing hotel with an awesome balcony. Plus there are restaurants all around it and it is close to the metro. The staff was really helpful. But don't use their shuttle if you don't have to. It costs an arm and a leg.
