The price is not cheap but consider to their location, it's fare. The staff is friendly. The most important thing which can be and should be improved is security. The hotel gate can not be locked automaticly. And free wireless Internet access service is nice to have.

The hotel is nice and very clean. The staff is helpful. However, it is right next to the train station. The area is shady, and we did not feel comfortable walking at night.

Over valued for a hotel in Rome, their was no shower, literarly, the drain and shower head was over the toilet, and when you us it it gets wet everything. It was an awfull experience, and for 40 euros per person a night and no air conditioner, I dont recommend it to anyone.

The beds were pretty basic, the kind you would expect to see in hostels. No shower curtain/screen either, so everytime you had a shower, there was a puddle of water in the bathroom. But the sheets were changed daily and the room cleaned and the staff were friendly.

Room smelled terrible. Front desk staff was very unfriendly. Bathroom was disgusting. Very loud in the surrounding vincinity makes it hard to sleep at night.

Well... This place is not too bad. The best thing about it are the staff. They were friendly, helpful and lots of fun. The beds were quite hard, so we didn't get much sleep and the walls were quite thin, so you could hear what was going on in your neighbours room. It is so close to the train...

Mainly good in all aspects (taking in a account that we are talkinga about cheap hotel). But specially bad was the smelling of the room, overall cleanliness was good, but we do now reason why the room smell bad, we changed room and new one, was OK.

I put down average for cleanliness because the room looked very clean, very spartan. I must stress, however, that the room smelled like wet dog, or the operating area of a veterinary clinic. I couldn't stand the smell and left before the second night that I had all ready paid for.

Horrible!!! The walls and curtains were filthy, the stairwell dark and dirty...the only positive was that it was literally across the street from the train station, but then again this was a very scary area at nighttime. There was a 11 to 1pm lockout that was not advertised. Definitely not worth... more Horrible!!! hemos quedado muy satisfechas del alojamiento, la pension esta muy bien situada, la habitación limpia y pudimos dejar las mochilas el ultimo dia. aunque la entrada asusta un poco una vez dentro lo vereis mejor

Great location next to Termini station. Large clean room with large wash basin. No air con but very effective (and quiet) fan in room.
