Please don't be put off buy the outside building as it is part of a condo. I rate the hotel 4 out of 5 only because the front of the hotel does not look like a hotel. But, once inside it is great. If I was to return to Rome I would definitely use this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.close

The hotel is very well situated and extremly clean. It is quite hard to find since its lacking a sign. The breakfast is a joke consisting of biscuits and pastries and the room had no window. Over all it is a good budget hotel with nice staff.

Location is perfect. Staff friendly. Our room was small, no daylight, uncomfortable chairs, bathroom so-so. too much money for this room.

The Inn is located in an old building by Termini Station (good location for traveling, but not a very quaint neighborhood), and right away we felt comfortable and warm. The room is huge, clean, and comes with breakfast. Plus, the bathroom is very nice. My friends and I were in Europe for 10 days, and this was by far the nicest place we stayed in-- great bang for the buck!close

Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Rooms were nicer than the usual experience in this price range, new and clean bathrooms. Perfect with the little breakfast package to enjoy in your own room, at your own time. We would definitely go back there.

The staff was very helpful and the room very clean. It was great to have a kitchen. The only negative was the bed was very squeeky so we may have disturbed our neighbors! I would definitely stay here again.

Real value for money and I would definitely reccomend it to my family and friends. Staff really friendly and very helpful. All speak good English too. Room was very clean and tidy. Cleaned each day. Our double room had a built in wardrobe with ensuite shower room. Ceilings were really high and the windows had shutters to keep out the light / noise. Continental breakfast was served to your room each evening so there was no set time for breakfast the next day. The location of the hotel was excellent too. Every major attraction was within walking distance. It was only a 5 minuntes walk from the Termini Station and we found it easily. I would stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Rome.close
