Convenient location tho map with directions totally inaccurate and much time and energy lost trying to find the place.Clean and comfortable,staff very helpful.Breakfast very very basic.

because of time delays and a trip change, there was email mis-communication about the airport pick up and we ended up getting a cab to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were treated badly as if we had just ignore the communication (which hadn't been received because we had left the... more because of time delays and a trip change, there was email mis-communication about the airport pick up and we ended up getting a cab to the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, we were treated badly as if we had just ignore the communication (which hadn't been received because we had left the country!!) I felt like the gal was about to get into a fight with me ( and I thought 'welcome to Rome'...not!!) In the end, we split the cost which I didn't think we should, but she was really getting angry with me, so what the heck! The hotel was fine, but I will not return because of this.close
