The owners were just so lovely and always available to meet off the train. Great rural location to unwind after a hectic day in Rome. Would go back at the drop of a hat.

We definitely reccommend to stay at Vila Anna. The place is located in the country side of Rome, and Mick (the host) was simply excellent. We had an apartment with kitchen which helped us to save some money by buying food and cooking ourselves. The b&b is not within walking distance of the... more We definitely reccommend to stay at Vila Anna. The place is located in the country side of Rome, and Mick (the host) was simply excellent. We had an apartment with kitchen which helped us to save some money by buying food and cooking ourselves. The b&b is not within walking distance of the train station, but Mick is willing to drive you to and from the station any time you need. Very affordable accomodation for what you get.close

This Villa is absolutely beautiful the location is great because it is just outside of Rome and easy to reach by train and the owners are extremely nice and the rooms are spotless!!

We had a spacious apartman with convenient and clean rooms in the villa, the garden is huge and beautiful, the hosts - Mick and Angela are friendly and very helpful. Perfect, highly recommended

Eventhough the location may not be in the Rome city centre, it does not pose any inconvenience to travelling as the kind owner of the hostel provides free transport to the Train station. To and Fro. A backyard vineyard garden with a small swimming pool. Not forgetting a posh 5 star toilet, rooms are spacious and well decorated. It feels home to be there and it could possibly be my ideal dream home.close

villa anna was one of the most beautiful places i have ever spent time. mick and angela were incredibly helpful and everything about our stay was amazing

Villa Anna is fabulous. I thought the distance from Rome would be a problem, but Angela was very accomodating. It was a beautiful place. Best I stayed at in Europe!! I would definately return again and recommend it.
