Fabulous place - great location, lovely rooms, friendly staff - but the locks on the building are difficult to work, which can be a bit worrying.

The location of both B&Bs they run is the absolute best one in Rome. Everything is easily accessible by foot! The room we stayed in was very clean and the bed was probably the most comfortable one I've ever slept in. After a plentiful breakfast, you can use Francesco s PC to check emails. Lots of good restaurants just on the street and also a supermarket nearby. Francesco provides also a good map giving excellent tips on where to go and where to eat.close

Both locations are located in the heart of rome within walking distance to everything (except termini) and literally next door to the pantheon. I highly recommend this place to anyone traveling through rome on a budget who are more interested in the city than their hotel room!close

All in all a very nice place to spend your nights in Rome at a budget. The only thing to complain about is that breakfast some times arrived a bit later than it should, but this is no big thing. The service was great and the location is perfect as well.

The neighbourhood is very safe and touristic. We certainly will stay there again. Thanks for everything, Francesco!close

The location is perfect- just a few blocks away from the Pantheon. The breakfast was huge and picturesque. Also, there was plenty of hot water which is sometimes not so plentiful in Italy. My mom and I last stayed at a "four" star hotel in Rome which had barely any hot water, it was quite shabby in comparison to this B&B, and was quite a bit more expensive. Anyhow, this is a great value, and I would stay there again. My only complaint, if you aren't used to the noise of the city, the room with the private bath for a couple is right on the street. It's nice to look out on the street, but it's noisy! My boyfriend and I are from Chicago, so I'm used to noise and sleep like a log regardless of noise, so if you are used to sleeping in quiteness of the country or a suburb, this room may not be for you.close
