The staff at the hostel were so great. Really friendly and so helpful with any queries. The only problem was our six bed dorm was tiny. No more than one person could stand on the dorm floor at one time, which was really annoying. Would be better if less people were in the dorms. Location was great.

2everything we wanted out of a hostel - secure, close to the beach(es), staff that speak good english and have excellent local knowledge. highly recommend as a good place to stay and meet good people.

5AMAZING!! SO much fun! Definetly my favorite hostel in South America!! I miss the staff so much! Everyone was just so friendly and ready to make your time in Rio unforgettable!

4Could have used some hot water in the showers for Winter. I thought it was reasonable without being great, although I only stayed one night.

1staff very friendly and helpful, only three bedrooms so easy to have a great atmosphere!! also, having a bar is a great bonus and the caprinhas are brilliant!

1I have never felt more welcome in a hostel. I am still here. The owners are amazing. Great location, good facilities. Probably the best hostel i have stayed in. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, cool kitchen, bar and hangout spot. Everything a hostel should have and more.

1I liked the place very much. Danish guy from staff was VERY helpful. Unfortunately some visitors didn't respect the others. but I wouldn't blame the hostel for that. You guys have my recommendation!

1Really enjoyed our stay here. Very laid back fun hostel. Ask Marcelo for a guided tour of monchiques i tink it was called, its his speciality!!!

2I had an excellent stay at this hostel, easy access to everywhere and lovely clean and friendly place. Staff were excellent and made the stay even more enjoyable. Sad to leave, but will be back!!

7This is a brilliant hostel. The atmosphere is chilled out, staff are so helpful and friendly and the price is very reasonable. It´s also clean and comfortable. STAY HERE!

1Julio, your Caipirinha's were good. Marcel, your's were better; but Sven's were the best i tasted in Brazil. The rooms were a bit cramped, and there were bed bugs in a couple of the matresses, but it is a fantastic hostel. Very friendly, awsome staff and melon with breakfast. 4Billy and Felipe made me the best time there. (never had so many good cipies in one night bevore ;) Super helpfull stuff.. but its hard to get out, because there is always a predrinking session in the night until ur so drunk u dont manage it to get out. :) haha

1I only stayed for 1 night. Staff was friendly and helpfull. The other people were young guys, mostly! Bathrooms and kitchen were dirty. Beds and sheets wasn't good.(bad condition)

1Great staff. Good location to beach. Dorms are a little tight. Triple bunks. The bar area is fun.
