“ Worth it just to see the awesome views of Riga, as the bar is located up on the 26th floor of the Reval Hotel Latvija. The staff were a bit snooty for my liking, when I just ordered a coke. Other than that though it was fine. The views really are great too, especially when the lights start to... ”
