1Hotel Reception Desk Staff could do with some basic customer service skills. (ie initial greetings/overview of hotel services/Riga maps/location etc).

18Normally we stay in hostels, so this was definitely a treat. The breakfast is massive and I even got a box of chocolates from the hotel on my birthday!! Although, the double bed was still 2 singles pushed together, so it wasn't that different to a hostel.
