Without comment, the staff wanted us check out one day before we have to. They recognized it was there mistake but do not apologize for the trouble we had. At all the staff is not appropriate for a 4 Stars Hotel.

This is a really nice hostel. The only downside is it is a bit out of town. Having said that if you enjoy walking like we do it's not a bad 45 minute walk into town. There are also regular trams. The breakfast is outstanding and the staff were extremely helpful.

We were first given a room on the ground floor next to the main entrance - not too nice and very noisy. Luckily we were able to move to another more calm room. It was much smaller and had no window at all, though.

i would recommend this hostel, it´s clean, well located and people there is great. The only thing i didn´t like was the "night out", organizde by the hostel, i would have rather go to several pubs instead of staying just at one place, expensive, where we had to pay for the entrance.
