“ Just in front the BSI bus station, but also almost last building in front of the runway of Reykjavik City Airport. Don't trust the manager Einar. He charges you more than stated on your booking confirmation. As the Icelandic króna went down we have to pay more, he explained. They lie as regards... more ”

“ Everything needed a good clean. Our room smelt like rotten eggs due to the dirty sink. Owner wasn't there when we checked in. No proper luggage storage and the front door is open all day even though no one is there. We paid for a doublebed room and got two single beds. There are many lovely... more ”

“ The impetus behind my comment is in the unfriendly and unreasonable service of the staff - when the desk is manned, which is very seldom. -I rented a car initially for 2 days, and when my plans changed and I only needed it for one day, they woudn´t refund my money for the second day. -I... more ”

“ Very convenient if you have to catch a early morning flybus (just across the street). It's a 10 to 15 minutes walk to the city center. Okay but depends on the weahter. Also a little bit steep but shouldn't be any problem for most people. ”

“ We found what we expected, a room with 3 beds, toilette, shower, table, chairs, TV and a water cooker. The location is perfect, you reach the center with a 10 minutes walk. The BSI (Bus Terminal) is cross over the street. Some of the rooms are in the Basement - which is very common for Reykjavik.... more ”

“ A very clean and good located hostel. The operator has a very icelandic sense of humour that might not be everyones taste (might explain why some people praised him and some didn´t like him). The hostel was very expensive - if it is expensive compared to other hostels in Reykjavik i can´t tell.... more ”

“ The room was in the cellar, there was not much light. It was difficult with the code to the bath room and the toilet. The way to the room was difficult, it was through the kitchen. I think I will not book such room again. ”

“ It's a nice place, if a bit too expensive. Some of the places are actually below the ground, but with small windows. A bit strange to pay over 100 dollars for such a room. ”

“ First it should be noted that this comment concerns the apartment that Travel Inn lets. It's located on a street called Skipholt, near the eastern end of the main shopping street. Yet, the street is calm and quiet, so you'll enjoy a good night's sleep. The flat was clean, warm, roomy and has its... more ”
