I was disappointed by the apartment - although cheap and in an excellent location it was very dirty. There was vomit all down the side of the sink, although when we complained it was cleaned promptly.

17 of us in group, 3 apartments for long weekend, superb central location, no problems, great pizerria downstairs which was good meeting point, helpful staff, great value, highly recommended

The rooms are very nice and the staff are friendly.A bit pricey but if you eat in you make the money back.The location is excellent however there were drug dealers out on the street in front.

the girl at the front desk was very friendly and helped us as much as she could. apartments are a great deal for your money and in a great location. consider using the safe for your valuables.

Be very careful this hostel mill fail to return your deposit. Would not recommend using it. We asked for our deposit back on the morning of departure and the receptionist left the desk and never came back.

Only problem was we didnt get our deposit(£100) back that we put down on the rooms, a guy took our recipt and never came back.That left a sour tasteas they made enough on theexchange rate anyway

The flat was big and clean. Moreover, the location is perfect. We have really enjoyed our stay in this appartment. The staff was nice and the parking place very useful. Only bad thing, the change rate (€-CZK) is not exact and we have lost a little bit in paying in Czech Crown....

Rooms are great! really big! Location could not be better, right amongst bars restaurants etc ;0)! and Cheap as chips for what you get!

Cheap, warm & spacious apartment. We booked a double room so we were disappointed to get 2 beds pushed together that tended to slide apart, with a sliver of blanket on each, brrr! If you like big fluffy towels, bring your own.

Great place to stay, huge apartments, well furnished and clean. Only negative is there were not very many other people around, not good if you are looking to meet people, but fantastic to go with a couple of friends.

Our apartment was in a building up the street from the main reception. It didn´t have all facilities that they mention in the description (no washing machine which was a pain). It was however clean and the location was great, short walk to heaps of great sightseeing and lots of food and...

Right in the middle of town, and you can walk everywhere. We had no problems, except no hot water the last day. Some others in the same building got their possesions stolen (someone broke in through the door) but we had no problems. Great place overall, and much nicer than the pictures.

This is our second time staying here, as before a great location, huge, comfortable apartment, with every convenience (dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, 2 rooms, storage, safe in the room, etc.

Excellent location with all major city attractions within walking distance. Great size apartment with fully fitted private kitchen, washing machine, bathroom etc. As these are apartments and not your standard hostel, all ages should feel welcome here. The double glazed windows kept out all road noise. The only slight concern was the front door security. Whilst our apartment door had 2 good locks, the front door was always open and the security guard never asked to see our ID cards that reception gave us. It might be worth the apartment block putting a lock on the front door and giving keys to guests. Would definately stay here again if i was in Prague.close

what can i say, excellant all round, town centre, everything you need in the rooms, local to everywhere, excellant bar next door, ( Rustika ) good prices, anyone who says different cant be pleased, will collect/take you to airport, £25 each way, shared between you. will def go again, we had room...

Amazing Location, directly on Wenclases Square. All shops, supermarkets, restaurants and Metro(Train) are very close. We stayed here for a study tour from our Master's program. Overall I would recommend this place, the value and location for the money are unbeatable. The security was a little questionable, as our neighbors were robbed, but we had no problems.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. The location was within walking distance to the old town square and charles grimes bridge and castle. Our complaints are that being on Wenceslas Square, which is a VERY noisy street, we needed to sleep with the windows shut (double glazed). We were there... more The apartment was spacious and very clean. The location was within walking distance to the old town square and charles grimes bridge and castle. Our complaints are that being on Wenceslas Square, which is a VERY noisy street, we needed to sleep with the windows shut (double glazed). We were there the night of a Spurs v Slov/Prague soccer match and there were gangs of men roaming the streets and fights outside the hotel. My other main complaint was the security. We were issued with cards to show the guard at the entrance, however he was fast asleep when we returned later in the evening and no-one ever asked to see the cards at any time. We had chosen, prior seeing this, to leave our keys at reception. However the first time I went in to get the key, after seeing the guard asleep, I was not asked for any ID when asking for the room key. I had not seen this reception person before (it was a different staff member each time I went there) so they had no idea who I was. So I could have asked for any key. We were told by another person staying at the hotel that their room had been broken into (they believed by their neighbours). I checked with reception to see if this was true and he said that yes there and had been a break in. I told him about the sleeping guard (which I had seen on 2 nights running) and he just nodded and said yes. I said I was concerned for our room's security as they could not find the key for us to use our safe so we had to carry everything with us. I also told him about not being challenged for ID when I asked for a room key, once again he just said 'Yes" ! Also one more thing, a double bed is two singles pushed together, which were at least comfy. If you are on a bucks night (27 guys turned up for one the night we stayed), or are here to watch the football, or are able to sleep through lots of noise or don't mind having the windows shut, then you will probably like this hotel!close

Can't have a better location. Only a block from the metro. If you have a room facing the street it can be pretty noisy throughout the night with the drunks and traffic. We also had a room above a deparment store on the back side, it was very quite. A great place for family travel

This place rocks, a fully decked out apartment including TV yea! It is in a wicked location and the staff really helped us when we had queries. par rapport aux hotêls, c'est un hébergement de qualité, très bien situé dans le centre ville. Bien qu'on soit sur une grande avenue, ce n'est pas bruyant. Les personnes de l'accueil sont charmantes. Adresse que je vais retenir pour un prochain séjour.

As for the cleaniness.. it was not the best of all the hostels and apartment that I've stayed at. It can be better. I don't like "hang dried" fabric feeling. The bed materials and pillows were old. It would be nice if they can use some linen company that provides fresh sheets, pillow cases and blanket covers like most hostels do.close
