Well maintained. clean and tidy, friendly helpful staff, would highly recommend the Alice Apartments 2 to anyone looking for relatively low cost, but reasonable quality accomodation, close to metro and only a few minutes from central Prague.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Alice apartment house 2. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. We will certainly use the apartments again when we return to Prague.

Really nice comfortable place within easy walking distance to the city centre, or for the lazy there is a metro and tram stop about 50m from the entrance of the hostle. Some really nice resturants very close by too.

We were woken in the night by noisy people in the room next door several times. A policy of keeping the noise down in the night, and more padding between the walls would help.

The staff werent really serviceminded. They accused us of ruining the room because we moved a bed a couple of metres (and we certainly did not ruin anything). And they told us we should pay a certain amount of money for this because we didnt ask the technical staff (??) to help us moving the bed.... more The staff werent really serviceminded. We tried to argue, but got a history about one of the staffs hungry child etc. So we just had to pay... But without this mess, it would have been a perfect place to stay!close

The staff were extremly friendly and helpful all the time. This was by far the best hostel i have ever stayed in! Keep up the brilliant work!

dorm rooms and beds were very cramped and small. Did have TVs, plates and cutlery in all the rooms, and relatively luxurious furnishing. A bit far from everything though.
