Close to the I.P. Pavlova subway station, but it's definitely a decent walk to get to the major sites in Prague. Altogether though very good value for the money, and good breakfast.

When we arrived the hotel staff asked us to move to another hotel due to the fact that no hot water was available. This seemed to be kind of strange cause that is what we have read now for several times in hotelcheck websides. Never the less the new hotel called "ABRI" was ok besides...

Huge room, very clean, cable TV, nice staff, incredible bathrooms, great price, great location, and in a great city. Even the very posh would have a hard time finding fault with the room we stayed in. The double rooms are a HUGE value for the money - highly recommended.

The staff are awesome, nothing seems to be too much trouble. Only snag is cleaning could be a bit better but for your money, cant really complain. You cant get a better location smack in the middle of Prague for that money. I would recommend it.

Nice small hotel within walking distance of the old town and a metro station. The room was nice, the bathroom perfect, but the room was cleaned poorly and smelled a bit. Godd breakfast, nice staff, free internet. Would go there again.

Very nice and clean. Good-looking room, and good rates. City center about 30 min walk, or quick metro ride. The metro station is very close. No luggage storage room was my only real complaint. But would recommend this place.

This was by far the nicest place we stayed in our two weeks in Europe. I think it may have also been the cheapest place we stayed at. So I would certainly suggest staying here. It's not real close to anything... but it's only two blocks away from the subway station so it doesn't take long to...

Few steps from metro station, couple minutes to city centre (by metro of course). Not far away from Prague Museum. Clean rooms and nice staff. The only bad thing was lack of luggage room. You must leave your bags in kind of living room beside reception. Anyway I recomend that place.

We stayed for 3 nights during FIFA and couldn't watch the games. We also couldn't pay for our room with credit card, and on the first night, our room didn't get cleaned. The least they could do is try and be more accomodating after all these changes.close

Its located just a 5 minute walk from Wenceslas Square & close to the underground. The staff were friendly, helpful, full of suggestions & spoke English. Our room was huge, warm & very clean. It was also cleaned top to bottom daily. Security wise there was no room safe, but with 24 hour reception staff & heavy locked doors to the room we weren't overly concerned. Our only gripe (& its a pretty big one when the temp outside is -15 deg C), was the lack of hot water to wash & shower in the morning. There was none. Other than that, 10/10.close

On arrival we wwere informed that the San Marco had sufffered damage by a group the previous evening angd they did not have a room for us. To their credit they did contact a hotel further up the street and arrange a room for us. This was at the hotel Abe. The room we wer offered was very, very, small with no floor space to put our bags. Very basic furniture, püür bed whcih was really unsuitable for adults, see-through poor quality sheets, basic duvets, etc, etc. We have both experienced better youth hostel accommodation. The price was about the same but we feel the quality was much lower than the San Marco. Not a good introduction to Prague or Hostelworld. It was supposed to be a three star hotel. the mind bogles what a one star would be like. The loss of a booking fee was also a concern for us. We feel that if we had been advise we could hve selected a much better hotel on the internet. A refund would be appreciated as you in fact did not provide the serrvice we paid for. Sincerely, Anita Nolan (not a happy Hostelworld customer)close
