Booked via travel agency, supposed to be a 4star hotel, it certainly was not: dirty walls, dirty bed covers, very small bathroom, view to a narrow parking place: fit only 3 cars and you had to pay for it, but better this way than to have your car broken into, like it happened to us. Police man told us this happens on average 5 cars a day in that area; unacceptable for a civilized country. And the hotel staff was not at all surprised and not at all helpful, client oriented. We had to insist to get assistance for every little thing. Breakfast was ok. Prague is nice city but watch out for its people and for your safety.close
