She was extremely accomodating, especially when my flight got in two hours late and I missed the check-in time. Then, she drove me into the main part of town on my first night! She also refunded part of my cost when a friend couldnt make it due to an airplane strike. They have heated rooms, towels, two bathrooms, internet, and no curfew. You're a 3-4 minute tram ride away from the main square.close

Highly recommended as a nice clean quite place to stay in Prague. Brand new bathrooms, spacious rooms, plenty of sunlight and the nicest lady in prague (who makes you coffee and cake each morning) Metro ride is needed to get into town (they come very often so no big deal) and wouldnt really...

Rooms based around a flat-style common area, is in a nice part of town, easy to walk to the center. The staff are AWESOME and totally made our trip to Prague so much better. Not the best place to meet people, more for couples or small groups of 2/3. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean with homelike modern decoration. The public living room has free internet. No kitchen but not really necessary in Prague since food is not that expensive. Bring cash with you either in local currency or Euros to pay the room since no POS there.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at Prague's Heaven. The staff were very friendly and offered us cake in the mornings! They were very helpful and made sure we knew how to get into the centre. There was a Lidl just down the road which was great to get cheap bits of food.

A great hostel if you are looking for a clean, quiet and comfortable place to lay your head at night. About a 20 min tram ride to the centre of things. Big rooms, but not a big hostel so you felt right at home, and easy about meeting the other people who stayed there.
