The tram comes a half a block away will drop you off at all major sights and the underground is about 3 blocks away

This is place is more like a quality hotel than a hostel. The decor etc is excellent and the rooms are big and exceptionally clean. It's not the greatest place for meeting people though and is a little way out of the city centre. The underground is nearby and easy to use though.

The condition of the hostel more than makes up for the location. It doesn't matter really where you stay in Prague, because the city is so small. One of the best hostels in Europe

This hostel was AMAZING. I felt like I was staying in a very classy hotel that should have cost me at least 50 euro a night. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I had a blast in Prague thanks to the Czech Inn!

We loved this hostel and would definitely recommend staying here. It was just a few stops from old town and the tram stop is basically right outside the door. Fun crowd and great facilities!

But another downside was that the metro was a 10 minute+ walk from the hostel.close

Fantastic hostel!!! Best bathrooms i've ever seen! Perhaps ever. Beds are so soft, but I did rip my jeans coming down off the top bunk- don't skip the last step... lol. Strongly recommended and don't worry about getting a big room, the people are really nice!

Everything is either good or excellent except that there is serious theft problem in this hostel. My silk pyjamas were stolen from my bed when one day I left it in the bed instead of put it in a locker. Honestly I never seriously think that pyjama can be stolen, because it never happened in any hostel I stayed before. After reporting it to the receptionist, I was asked to talk to the cleaning lady (who does not speak English) myself , which is not a responsible deed. The hotel does exempt itself from any valuable loss, but at least certain efforts to help the investigation as well as reduce the theft occurence should be made. I did not find my pyjama at the end, while one day later, a dormmate find her empty suitcase was stolen! The staff again gave the same assertion that it must have been taken by some dormmate before he/she checked out. However, such a theory is proved to be wrong as the suitcase was found discarded by the lift the second day probably because the theif found a wheel of the suitcase was broken already. It does not make sense that a backpacker will come back to the hotel one day after check-out just to dump a unuseful reif. Therefore the theft must be an inside job. Anyway, this theft totally ruined the almost-perfect appearance of this hostel, and convinced me of how important maintaining security is for a hostel, compared to just applying a cool decoration style.close
