Poznan is a great spot in Poland. It isn't huge so doesn't have a whole lot to see but what is there is beautiful. Also the general atmosphere is nice. The night life was also surprisingly vibrant and rivals that of the larger and more touristic Krakow.close

3OK so this place is weird... the hostel is scary for a start, think of an old abandoned hospital or mental ward and a horror film and you kinda have a visual on the place. The city is kinda depressing but I must say the town square is really nice and quite lovely... it's just that everywhere else...more OK so this place is weird... the hostel is scary for a start, think of an old abandoned hospital or mental ward and a horror film and you kinda have a visual on the place. The city is kinda depressing but I must say the town square is really nice and quite lovely... it's just that everywhere else is either down right depressing or full of scary looking guys with shaved heads. not sure why but the majority of men in Poznan have no hair!!!close

Not that easy to find since the entrance to the building it's not well signed and also inside the building it's not easy to see the door number. But apart from that everything great.

– posted on Oct 2008 4A nice double room, the kitchen and bathroom were only shared with one other room. Only complaint is that the shower hose leaked everywhere; a good stay.

Cinnamon Hostel Poznan 86%
Very nice stay, the only really annoying thing was that the rooms are directly above the streets tram lines, which run 24h, and so I found it difficult staying asleep some nights with the incredible noise they make. Not bad at all though!

– posted on Sep 2008 7Wonderful hostel. Small and comfortable, clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. The only point to improve on would be to maybe install one more toilet and shower.

Una verguenza de hostal, los baños olian fatal, no nos pudimos ni duchar.Menos mal que solo era un dia, que horror, encima mil habitaciones y un laberinto para encontrar, pq habian muchas puertas cerradas en las escaleras y solo se podia subir por una.Las habitaciones no son para nada...

– posted on Sep 2008 2Very helpful staff, hostel is quite cheap and located close to main spots to visit. They got wireless and tv in common room. Bathrooms are shared but it's ok. Good place to sleep. Poznan as a city is quite interesting.

A very nice place where you can try a big choice of tea or eat some yummy cake in a romantic atmosphere. Very nice for an evening meeting with your girlfriend. There is also a separate room for smoking.
