It was almost impossible to get on the internet due to an open connection that only allowed a few people to get on it. The only place to sit and eat, the terrace, restricted the consumption of outside food. If you can afford an inexpensive hotel, we recommend staying there because it will make your experience of Positano much better!close

The owners and managers were very unfriendly. It was loud and dirty. They dont give you a top sheet and there is no soap and usually no toilette paper in the bathroom. The showers leak and there is water running down the bathroom stairs! They are only in the business to make money. DO NOT STAY HERE!

No redeeming quality about this hostel. Staff is very rude. Beds uncomfortable due to the plastic covered mattresses. No air conditioning. No toilet paper. Hostel doesn't allow outside food or drink, even in the bedrooms...odd policy given their lack of kitchen. Do NOT stay here.

I went to Positano for my oldest son's wedding last April and I stayed at this hostel. It was the highlight of my entire adventure in Italy. Although I originally booked a womens Dorm room, I "upgraded" to a private bedroom and bathroom for about $20.00 extra/night and it was GREAT! The room was extremely clean and cozy, with no smells of any kind. Our private balcony was to die for! All of the people I met were wonderful and very pleased with everything. The owner, Christiana was just wonderful. She was cheerful, incredibly helpful and really went the extra mile to make my stay fabulous. The meals were inexpensive and light. Great coffee in the morning. After several days, we then went to Rome where we'd booked a private apartment, but in my opinion, the experience I had at this hostel far outweighed the apartment. Overall, it was the trip of a lifetime, thanks to Christiana and this lovely hostel.close
