Loved it here. The hosts were really helpful and friendly- stayed up and picked us up nr midnight from village of Grabovac. Nice breakfast incl, grounds are lovely to relax in, on sun loungers with beers. We were even treated to organic plum pastries fresh and hot from the oven and home made plum... more Loved it here. We were even treated to organic plum pastries fresh and hot from the oven and home made plum wine! It is 8km from Plitvice Lakes. The host also took us out to some great swimming spots nearby to spend at hour or so, on the day we were not doing the lakes. I would highly recommend it here!close

It'is rather far from the lakes, about 11km. We booked a private ensuite, but they gave us a shared bathroom. The room in the afternoon was hot, without air conditioning and curtains.

Staff not very helpfull, but the room was exactly what we wanted. Previous attention by mail was perfect.

We arrived late and were not give a room with private bath as reserved and paid for. It was also very, very hot and an open window hardly helped. The worst part was the cockroaches and bugs everywhere though. When we weren't using our shoes to kill them, we could hear others doing it all around... more We arrived late and were not give a room with private bath as reserved and paid for. It was difficult to find (they should have an indication or something in the road) but the place was clean, the family is really nice and everything was positive.

es prácticamente un alojamiento rural muy cerca del parque natural de los lagos. La casa está nueva y muy limpia y los dueños están atentos a todo lo que haga falta. Son personas encantadoras. Es un buen sitio para ir a descansar y alejarse del mundanal ruido.

BEAUTIFUL rooms and very clean. Only a short bus ride to Plitvice. What a beautiful location! Not a social hostel, but the people who run it are super friendly, and it makes for a nice, quiet retreat.

Very nice house in Grabovac. More like a pansion than a hostel... The owner was awesome. He drove us to the lakes and came back to pick us up in the evening. He even gave us some home sliwowica! The hotel is not in bled and is a decent walk into the lake especially when its raining. You can drive in but parking is very limited. The bathrooms in the hotel were a little smelly due to lack of ventilation but the shower had good water presure and was nice and hot. The free bike hire is a nice touch. Overall very good value for the money.close

I had to timely cancel by internet because the bus connections to Rovinj or Reika were so far apart that I could not get there and return to my next secheduled accommodation. I am really sorry not to have enjoyed the hostel. Robert Nied

Though it is a distance from from the lake, the owner is generous and helpful through him and his daughter to take and pick us to and fro the lake free. The owner likes to share free homemade wine with the guests!

Very nice bavarian-style gasthaus. Accomodation is about 8 km north of Plitvice National Park. Owner was very kind and friendly.
