Really good.Probably the nicest place in the town...the best value and comfort for the money and without the cheesy poshness :) Aircon,nice pool,v good breakfast!Fantastic staff.Especially the Argentinian gentleman.Definately would recommend.

The worst place !!! We change of room 5 times because something was wrong in each ! It's cold "atmosphere" not friendly at all, just to have a bed that's it. Cleaning is "mas o menos" (more or less) I don't recommend this bad and expensive hotel !!!

Good location...5 mins from the beach and right beside the local supermarket...rooms very clean and spacious

well located in Playa del Carmen but a bit expensive compared to another places of this city. We were surprised to have paid the full price and not to get the breakfest. The hotel is quiet and clean but the swimming-pool and the breakfast buffet are very small. The staff was ok eventhough a bit cold
