It gets loud in the mornings from the street and with 18 people moving around... and it´s hot so it´s hard to sleep. but you can´t beat the price or the location!

Overall the place was really convenient, at a price. The women's dorm room is right on 5th Avenue so it can be pretty noisy all night. The location was incredible though. The hostel is basic but clean - they change the sheets and clean the room everyday - and probably the best out of the lot in the playa del carmen area. Terrace got really windy but I think they were planning to fix that up

Great location right across from the bus station.....and you have to look hard to find it but it is right there. Hard to get hot water and the dorm room with 30 beds is a bit rough to get any sleep in as some huge fans run all night. The internet access is limited to one computer which never...

Great location, though noisy but in a nice musical Mexican way. No hot water which was a bit of a bind as it was chilly at night. Very clean and secure.

Fantastic roof top terrace with amazing view. Can get a little cool out there if the wind is up at night and this is the only communal area. Awesome location and the lockers are huge!! They even make your bed every day!!

The kitchen is not very cookable, but with a bit of creativity you´ll manage ;) oh and by the way, there is NO internet acces!close

It would be helpful to inform viewers of your site that although you must use a credit card to pay for the deposit online, the hostel only accepts cash for the remainder of the payment upon check-in.

The rooftop terrace is a great place to start the party before latenight dancing! It's pretty hot at night (no A/C) but you get used to it after a couple nights!

Very annoying about check-in, not finding reservations and afterwards them not knowing (or not wanting to know) how many nights you've paid!

The staff was pleasant, willing to help, but not overwhelming. The complimentary breakfast was poor. The single room had a nice terrace and view onto the sea. The room was clean, but the bathroom was dirty, even after it was "cleaned."

We made a reservation which they did not honor, and now refuse to return our deposit. Just about the only good thing that I can see about this hostel is the location, which could also be it´s noisy downfall.

It was not a very nice experience. It was raining when i arrived to playa del carmen and the beds were wet. it was raining inside the hostel. the kitchen was outdoors and if we couldn't even get hot water. we left after the first night.
