Pisa was great! And Pisa Tourist House was perfect! We arrived in Pisa after 2100 and were able to check in to a very nice apartment. Thanks so much. They even suggested a wonderful restaurant nearby. Super clean!

Hotel staff were super unhelpful and unfriendly and did not know basic tourist info like how long it takes to get from the Central Station to the airport. Their English was also minimal and it was a pain to communicate our needs with them.

Shower was terrible, it was much further than described on the website. At least 2 km from the train station and at least 2-3km from the airport. The key was really hard to use and it broke in half.

very helpfull and friendly ownwr. a problem was, that the water was cold as ice and there were only 4 towels for 7 people - but a nice place.

The accomodation was very close to the airport and there was plenty of room.Full cooking facilities were available if required and a very prompt service for gaining access to the accomodation on arrival.

Really a great place to stay, excellent staff and their hospitality. For Pisa, I would not think of any other place than Pisa Tourist House!!!

Staff was amazing! We got in very late because of a train strike and she waited up for us till 1 am to let us in. Super cute place and very roomy. Very clean. Short walk to train station. Overall GREAT place!

We ended up getting lost and Antonella came and found us on the road in her car. Absolutely incredible customer service if you ask me. We only stayed in Pisa for the night and we really wish that we could have been able to stay for more than just the one day. It was a beautiful clean apartment that I would recommend to anyone traveling in groups. We stayed here for 1 night only. But this was a really good experience. The house owner was really friendly. We reached Pisa late night but she was waiting for us outside the house. Its rather a homely feeling. Overall really great experience.

Not a hostel, just an apartment. Good/clean place, with a really nice lady. It's a little tricky to find, and make sure you nail your arrival time or you'll have to phone her and wait for her to come in her scooter. nice place

Hemos ido 4 amigos a esta estancia y hemos estado muy agusto, aunque nos costó bastante encontrarlo, está en una bocacalle a la calle donde se supone que estaba el hotel (lo ponía en la dirección pero ni nos dimos cuenta) y es simplemente un piso muy bien equipado con dos habitaciones, cocina... more Hemos ido 4 amigos a esta estancia y hemos estado muy agusto, aunque nos costó bastante encontrarlo, está en una bocacalle a la calle donde se supone que estaba el hotel (lo ponía en la dirección pero ni nos dimos cuenta) y es simplemente un piso muy bien equipado con dos habitaciones, cocina americana y baño, la dueña Antonella majisima, nosotros teníamos una habitación con una enorme cama de matrimonio y una litera para dos personas, todo estaba muy limpio, el baño un poco estrechito, pero lo compensaba la cocina y el sofá....después de pasar por tantos albergues, se agradece una estancia en un piso de verdad, como en casa. La distancia al duomo está genial porque cojes un bus (LAM ROSSA) y en un momento te lleva hasta la torre, y si no andando tienes un rato pero al menos puedes ver otras cosas y la ciudad.Muy recomendableclose
