Wir waren 7 Nächte in diesem Hotel und sehr zufrieden. Nur um in die Stadt zu gehen ist es an der Hauptstraße nicht so schön hier ist es besser, wenn man die Seitenstraßen nutzt. Um das Hotel ist nicht wirklich etwas los, aber man hat einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, wenn man ein Auto hat.close

It is a decent hotel. The location is ok, we walked to the town center and to the tower but it was a little far. The breakfast is great. It is a huge buffet with hot and cold choices and a lot of drink choices (there is a lot of small packaged food you can take with you for lunch as well,... more It is a decent hotel. The location is ok, we walked to the town center and to the tower but it was a little far. The breakfast is great. It is a huge buffet with hot and cold choices and a lot of drink choices (there is a lot of small packaged food you can take with you for lunch as well, although you might not be supposed to). Don´t plan on staying in Pisa more than one day, if even. We stayed until about 2 then went to Florence which is way better. Once you´ve seen the tower there isn´t much else.close

The hotel was fine - it might have helped to be told which stop to get off at on the bus as we missed it first of all and had to come back a little way, but the staff were all friendly and helpful.

A bit of a walk from the hotel to the centre of Pisa, but good to walk off all the Italian food...!

The staff was great! They helped us find a restaurant that was good priced well late at night. Their internet was down the night we were there, but the staff member offered his personal computer to us if we needed it. The room was impressive, very clean and nice and comfortable. Their internet was down the night we were there, but the staff member offered his personal computer to us if we needed it. The room was impressive, very clean and nice and comfortable. The bathroom also was spotless, with great water pressure and enough towels. The breakfast was AWESOME! There were a million things to choose from, and it was buffet style. We left full and happy. The staff called a taxi for us and it was there in 3 minutes! Great place, wanted to stay longer than we could just because it was so nice!!!close

overall this is a nice place to stay but there is no where to have any kind of a beverage after 11pm and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The lock was broken on the room door so that when we arrived it was swinging open.We could lock it from the inside but not from the outside. Pleasant enough hotel much as you would expect. Very good buffet breakfast. Sand-tex masonry painted headboard very uncomfortable.

We had no idea this was a 4 star hotel...very classy. The breakfast was amazing, the bike rental service was very convenient, and free internet access was a plus. The shower in our room was awful though--no heat and no pressure.
