We have had some problems with the receptionist. we can't paid with credit card and the bedroom hadn't ready yet but It was all clean.

The hostel was very nice! Very close to the Leaning Tower and there was a nice restaurant next to the hostel. The room was a lot better than we expected - the only minus is, that it was freezing cold there. But I think that it is freezing cold in Italy in every building during winter...

There is only some one there at given times so if you have a problem or need to make arrangements for something there isn't anyone there to talk to. Otherwise the location is great and walking distance to the station and 1 min to the tower.

probably best place to stay in pisa...awesome rooms, staff & location (plus it's super clean & some of the mtv shows are in english)

Very helpful and friendly staff - who allowed me to change my room so that I didn't have to negotiate a steep spiral staircase with all my luggage! I really appreciated them accommodating my request. it's like b&b rather than socializing hostel, if you wanna chill out and good sleep its the best. clean, guy who owns this place is really nice, airport / train station pick-up as well. and 1 min away from the tower!

The hostel doubles as a bed and breakfast so it is actually quite nice. The manager doesnt stay there all the time so the place is unmanned most of the time. He wasnt there when we arrived so spent about 10 mins waiting for him outside. Hostel is a converted apartment and doesnt really have a common area (or a proper reception desk). Other than that I'd really recommend it. Best location imaginable (2 min walk from the tower).

Really nice chap that runs this place, very helpful, he gave us a map of the city and reccommended where we could find a decent bar. He provides free filter coffee and wifi in the kitchen. Whoa, I felt like I was staying at a hotel for hostel price! Everything was so clean and neat and tidy. My dorm room only had 3 beds, The only downfall is that breakfast is pricey for what you get... I really enjoyed my stay. Yes, It seriously is half a block away from the tower.

We had an enjoyable stay. The only problem was that as the owner doesn't live on the premises so we had to phone him and wait for him to arrive to let us in, Also the hostel is about a 25 minute wlk from the train station although there is a bus stop nearby.

Great location (very close to Campo Miracoli, with many restaurants just down the stairs). Very clean place, nice rooms. Rooms are air-conditioned, which was a big plus. Free Internet (if it works). Helpful staff. In general, I definitely recommend this hostel.

Not recommended!! Waited outside for check-in till the staff came back. Did not register my booking properly and overbooked his rooms at the location near the tower. Ended up putting us up at a location far far away from the tower in some scary dark suburb.

Lovely accommodation in a charachter apartment, right in the heart of Pisa (we could see the tower from our room). The square was about 150 ms from the rooms, and lots of restaurants just outside the door. A lovely big private rooms, nice and clean, and good bathroom. I actually did not stay in "Under the tower". When I got there I was given another room nearby with a private bathroom instead of a shared bathroom for the same price. I cannot really tell if it was better than the one I was staying, but it was ok. It was just too hot (but the fan...

I can really recommend the upstairs room, with the 2-paired bed and private bathroom. The staff is very friendly. He brought our suitcases all the way up to the room. It was worth staying there!

Je n'ai pas pu payer par carte bancaire et après avoir payé en espèces, j'ai eu du mal à obtenir un reçu.Emplacement super mais obligation de stationner en dehors de la zone historique. Pas d'ascenseur.

Superb location!! Down the road from the tower of Pisa. Perfect to stay for a night. Raphael was wonderful and provided us with more assistance than we could have dreamed of. Recommend it to anyone.

This hostel was in a great location right next to the leaning tower. It had friendly staff and the rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Met some fun people while I was there too. Would stay again.
