Very beautiful and large room, including a huge bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful, glassed-in breakfast room. Close to main shopping route and about 10 min walk from Tower.

The villa has very interesting atmoshpere and the staff there is really friendly to all guests. The smell of freshly baked croissants in the morning really makes your day. It would be difficult to find better location for short holiday and you can always come back there without any hesitation. It...

It's the best place to stay in when you're in Pisa. Perfectly located with very comfortable, elegant rooms and bathrooms, exceptional charming garden as well as really excellent, helpful staff, Villa Theresa is much more than a hostel. Located in a slightly sketchy alley and unmarked. Ring the doorbell to be let in. Friendly staff, but he didn't tell us anything about amenities and just disappeared. Nice big rooms, and good breakfast. Complex key system is secure but a little annoying.

this hostel is under-rated. It has huge rooms with bathtubs (the biggest we've been to in Italy!) even bigger than most hotels.. nice and homey atmosphere, especially the home-made orange marmalade from their orangerie for breakfast. yum!! the owner is also very accomodating and friendly.... more this hostel is under-rated. Some okay-good restaurants nearby.. also a good 20-minute walk to the train station. I would recommend this place place =)close
