very nice building, feels very homely. not really a hostel though, more like a B&B. Very good that they provide 3 bed dorms, when many other places in pisa do not. would recommend to people.

The owner of the hostel was very nice and helpful. His guests are very important to him and he tries to help them in any way he can.

Raphael was incredibly helpful and friendly, we felt like we were entering someone's home! Great value for the price and definitely more 'hotel' than 'hostel'.

Had to wait for staff to show up to check in, but they were nice enough to give me a lift into the town center after check in.

the building is nice, unfortunately when we turned up only a cleaner was around, no admin staff.....the hostel is located in a very residential area - bit of a shame since the building is rather nice.

We had a very relaxing time, and the airport pickup was much appreciated as we had late flight (though its not difficult or far to get to by public transport). The rooms were large, with brand new bathrooms, would definatley recommend.

It was clean and very close to the leaning tower. However , there is no luggage storage. They allow you to leave your luggage in the entrance, but then anyone coming in could walk out with your bags. Good place to crash for the day we spent in Pisa.

The staff members are great! Both husband and wife are accommodating and kind. They close the gate and keep doors locked, so it is very safe. It is a little out of the way, but they do have another hostel on the main street of town. I would definitely recommend staying at Relais or Leaning Tower.

The bedroom looked good but smelt of stale cigarette smoke and pigeons living under the roof were quite noisey and the balcony was covered in their droppings.close

This hostel was nice if you are looking for a place to lay low and rest. There isn't much to do in the house but it is very close to the tower, shopping and restaurants.

The locations is good because with the bus line 4 you can get to the Leaning Tower and to the Bus Station. It was cool because I arrived there quite late (23:45) and the owner came to pick me up at the airport for 10€ (5 if I weren't alone). The hostel is just a house with rooms, so no...

Very strange that we didn't get any receipt as we paid for the room. With a more serious host, this place will turn out great in the future.close

Rooms are a quite noisy. You can hear people coming in and out of the hotel. This is the only disappointing feature of the hotel.

Stick to your check in time as the owner isn't there all the time! Also, beware that at the moment there is no sign on the gate. We received great hospitality from the owner who drove us into Pisa a couple of times (alternatively its 5 mins on the bus to the tower) However as all the rooms are privates, I probably wouldn't recommend this hostel for single travellers.close
