Description of Bed and Breakfast La Papaya
Opened in spring 2006, Bed & Breakfast La Papaya is a new colourful and happy accommodation with two rooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning, and flat screen TV. Only 10 km from Pisa, on the coast. Breakfast is excellent and abundant, served under a gazebo which will remain available to the guests for lunch and dinner. We don't make breakfast in winter, from 1 october until 1 march.We have a food and wine shop, located 100 meters away, serving excellent takeaway food and tasty Tuscan specialties with special treatment for our guests. The sea is right in front of the Bed & Breakfast, with free beaches and bathing establishments that rent umbrellas and deck chairs. Bicycles are available to our guests so you can take fun rides along the sea and experience the pine forest aroma. The pine forest offers pathways for jogging, walks, and even horseback riding. Marina di Pisa is situated between Pisa and Livorno which gives you easy access to Firenze, Lucca, and the Versilia for magnificent and fun excursions. In the months of July and August, ferries leave from Marina di Pisa for daily trips to the wonderful isles of the Tuscany archipelago. The possibilities to spend magnificent, relaxing, and cultural days are many. Mariella will be at your disposal for advice and information. “ When we arrived we went to the address given and were greeted by our host. But it was no actually the location of the bed & breakfast. That was just around the corner and must be a really good location for the summer. When we arrived it was raining very much so it did not look so appealing.... more ”
