This place is very nice. Basically what you would expect at a hotel. Extremely nice rooms with A/C, TVs, huge bathrooms. The cafe is good and the free internet is nice. A little far away from stuff, but not that bad.

Very nice, clean and well organized hotel. Fast internet in room if you bring your own laptop, ask for LAN cable at reception if wifi signal too weak (100 baht deposit). Free beach towels. Excellent showers with hot and cold water.

i loved this place even thought it does'nt look like it would be really nice from the outside. my only complaint is the cold showers and we told them- iam thinking they never have hot water. its a pity cos otherwise they would get 100% rating.

I stayed in a single ensuite room. Very nice room, clean and safe with good amenities. Only a short walk to the main street area. However was very quiet when I stayed, little interaction in common lobby area.

Located off the main beach - its good if you like to get away from the tourist scene. Only a 10min (tops) walk to the beach... and day long scooter rentals are dirt cheap. Internet/PC only worked a fraction of the time, so I went to internet cafes - but aside from that - I enjoyed my stay.

We were very happy when they gave us a free upgrade on our arrival to a large suit because we were staying for a week. The rooms were very clean and beautiful and close to the lovely karon beach. Value for money was excellent especially coming from expensive europe. very happy with this place.

It is close to Karen beach which quieter than the other beaches around Phuket. Very clean. I would stay there again. The only complaint is in the evening the staff keeping watch did not speak a word of Engish.

Very nice hotel, very clean, good food and great that theres free internet. Very spacious rooms too. Small walk to the beach. Was worth it for the niceness of the place!

no beach access, had to walk along the road for quite a while without a sidewalk on top of open sewers. Room was clean. English not well spoken. Free but slow internet. In room safe was handy. Laundry available

Despite what others have said we did not find the Karon Living Room far from the beach. Go out the door, turn left and follow the road through the town, a 10 min walk later you are on the beach. No need to hire a moped or car. Ask for a room at the back, as the road at front is a bit noisy.

The staff here are wonderful, extremely helpful. This was a great place to stay if you want to be away from the massively built up (and yet somehow still popular?) Patong. The rooms were very clean and nice, and there was a safe in the room! Best coffee in Thailand here I'd say. Definitely...

Good location, only 5 min walk to nightlife and beach but far enough away that you don't hear the music from the bars when you want to sleep. Staff friendly and rooms spacious and clean.
