The cleanest hostel ever, lot of friendly people, chip, not so well positionad but the bus stops are so close. Finally i think it's great, perfect for people who travel alone.

Good location in Phuket Town if you're looking for something central to transportation options. The hostel had a big DVD collection and players in the rooms. Price seemed a little high for what you get in the private doubles, but OK for a night.

Very central and nice backpackers. If you are booking a private room however, be aware that they are outside right next to the outside drinking and smoking area. If you are looking for a peaceful nights sleep by booking a private room I wouldn't recommend, otherwise no complaints!

I slept in a 4 bed dorm with three guys and they all brought Thai girls with in the night and started having sex. Which was really discusting!!! in a dorm! At the hostel is no night porter who controls this!!! Also had I bed bugs in the dorm!!!

All staff are really helpfull and rockin to chat with. The hostel is located right in phuket town and unlike areas near by like patong beach which is quite a tourist center, here you get a chance to experience (in my view) slightly more authentic thai lifestyle. Considering location, this was very refreshing and staff were very friendly and accomodating, I would highly recomend this one to all travellers visiting Phuket and not wanting to be in the thick of it all, all of the time.

the staff are absolutely fantastic. they are so polite and helpful. i love how the staff always called me by my name, which is the first time i have experienced that in a hostel anywhere in the world! will DEFINETLY reccommend this hostel!!!

this place was great... really nice and clean, good area for movies and internet. not right in the middle of phuket, but close to the port if you want to go to phi phi. and its cheap to get around the area anyway. I got there from the airport for 250 baht.

The comfy lounge area, big screen TV and DVD library are good, but can make it too easy to stay in! The receptionist Mint is really nice and helpful.

The facilities were great and room nice. Unfortunately I got really badly bitten by bedbugs and I was not the only one. We found them crawling in beds in different rooms and tons in common room sofa.

So much hassle with these people.... We booked a night in a twin room.... turned up and we were given a bunk room and told that it was a twin room, we asked why it had 4 beds in and they said its a private room.... Said twin rooms were fully booked. talked to the manager and she... more So much hassle with these people.... We booked a night in a twin room.... turned up and we were given a bunk room and told that it was a twin room, we asked why it had 4 beds in and they said its a private room.... Said twin rooms were fully booked. talked to the manager and she booked us in as a dorm room instead after lots of arguing. she wouldn't give us our full money amount as she claimed the deposit through hostel world doesn't go into their account. We then threatened to walk out and she told us that she had our account details and would book us in for another 30 days. the rooms them selves are pretty crap. they have a barrier that goes up to about a metre to the ceiling and the door is a frosted glass patio dorr so yiou give a good shadow show and more when changing. The lights are in silly places so if you want to sleep before everyone else then you need a blindfold. there are not enough bathrooms and showers for the full compliment of people. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING. We decided on our last night in Phuket to stay at the on on hotel half the price and on suite.....close

Rooms arent in the best of condition,dont look like the one's in the pictures.We booked into a double room which only had a fan in it. We paid extra for the "VIP" room,wasnt anything special.Common room is good and theres selection of dvds and books there that cant take into your own...

this place was great, the staff are super friendly, the location spot on ( right next to a food market) and a dvd collection to die for ( and a nice big wide tv too I might add) Go there!

We booked a twin room but really they are a row of rooms seperated by walls that have a 2ft gap between the ceiling & the top of the wall. Absolutely great hostel, by far the best we have stayed on the trip! Met great people and the design is just set up for you to meet and really do the travelling thing well. The only downside is Phuket doesn't have a lot going on but as the hostel goes, amazing. If you are staying in Phuket...

Very good and only one hostel in Phuket town. The hostel is very clean and well maintained and modern. Very nice common room with lots of dvds. The location is good too with local buses to the beach just outside. Will recommend it.

A lovely little hostel to stay in - if staying in the 10 bed dorm, it can be a little hard to sleep if people are watching films downstairs but generally fine. Night receptionist was absolutely lovely!

One of the staff members was very rude, very very very rude, though of course Thai people cannot ruin a holiday for any traveller, it leaves a very poor impression of Thai people. Very unprofessional. I will never go back there on subsequent visits to Phuket.
