Staff refused to answer questions or solve problems. Lock box in my room could not be accessed, and the lock on the dresser was broken. Despite advertising, wifi access was denied. The wifi network was locked and they would not give out the password. The tea / coffee maker was growing a fungus of some sort.The bar was never open and the staff was rarely present. One day they didn't even come up to make up my room.close

Character and fun get low ratings, but probably because it was low season. The bar was never open and although the staff was friendly and helpful, they were hardly around. Overall, a nice place, but a little too pricey for a guesthouse.

We told the staff that one of the lights wasn't working and they said they would change it, but they didn't. I guess they have forgotten. Anyway this hostel is totally comfortable! Staff are great!

A great location, close to the beach and the restaurants. Hotel was quiet at night though. A safe is provided in the room. I left some personal belongings in the room when we left and the staff at Legends went above and beyond to return these to me. The best place to stay on Karon Beach.

Nice place with good sized clean rooms. Very good location at Karon Beach, and right near the shopping action. Would recommend for people that are looking for accomodation one step up from a backpacker hostel.

we had a rough time getting to phuket and the owner stayed there until we go to the guesthouse around 10pm. We even wanted to stay an extra 2 days but they were all booked. Great location. Karon beach is more families and couples but it is a lot safer

Great place, very friendly staff, i'd definitely go back. Slight hithc when water stopped working for sink/shower/toilet, but it sorted itself out somehow.

I'm very pleased with Legends Guesthouse. Great location, less than 5min walk to the beach, convenience stores, restaurants, massage parlors round the corner. My single room on the 2nd flr was clean, had hot shower, many tv channels, fan and a/c

Just a very nice, clean place to stay. The staff are very helpful and it's a minutes walk from Karon beach. Don't forget to check out Big Mama's restaurant.

Perfect location for food (resturants too many to choose from + supermarket across the way), entertainment (bars of all varieties, you know what I mean within 30sec walk) & the beach which is a 2min walk. With everything going on around the place still keeps its own relaxed chilled atmosphere downstairs in the Legends Bar& each night we slept soundly. very friendly owners, 2 mins walk from the beach, very peaceful location, surrounded by cafes, resturants, bars, supermarket across the road. They provided local contact who was great for booking day trips. tahnk you for a great end to a holiday

The staff were lovely, berz heopful, and the location was excellent except its proximity to a kareoke bar which kept us awake a couple of times. Otherwise a great place to stay, I would highly recommend it

Clean air-conditioned room, good value for the location, just around the corner from a beautiful beach. Very friendly staff. Offered to move us if noise bothered us, but didn't need to.

Rob Perry, the owner was very unprofessional in dealing with us. He is not after customer service but more of money oriented type of businessman. It's a guesthouse and no hostel! Staff is really nice. Very clean and nice rooms (AC, TV, bathroom ensuite) Small gustehouse (5 rooms), soonly a few or no other people to meet.

this place is great! rob perry is so nice and extremely helpful. the location is right near the beach like a two minute walk and the beach is so nice. just make sure you get there early to get an umbrella! the rooms are clean and secure and definitely make best friends with rob. he's a great guy.

This place is awesome. The location is fantastic, it's extremely clean, and the staff (Rob and May) are very friendly and helpful. They really made my stay very enjoyable. I will gladly return next and stay here next time I come to Phuket. I highly recommend it.

I had a truely fantastic time staying with Live and Let Dive- Rob and May who run it are lovely, the rooms comfortable, and the location perfect for hitting the beach first thing in the morning! Thanks so much guys, I couldn't fault my stay with you.
