The hotel have a gym and a massage centre, but it doesn't have a lift (I was staying in the fifth floor). Nevertheless, the staff was...

This is not a clean hotel - i didn't even want to use the bathroom it was so bad (mold etc). The linen on one of the beds in the room clearly hadn't been changed. Old style decor, run down and curtins wouldn't close fully...

This room was good value, although i found the location a bit inconvenient - needed to catch a Tuk Tuk to get to the main restaurants and tourist facilities along the Tonle Sap River. Otherwise it was fine.

An excellent choice in Phnom Penh! The service their staff provides is probably the best I have come across anywhere in the world. Immaculate rooms, great location, and fabulous food in the restaurant next door. Definitely recommended.

World Star has the friendliest staff. They helped with all sorts of trips around Phnom Penh and even booked buses, boats and accomodation in Siem Reap. The facilities and the location were both great and the price too. I'd recommend staying there.

We stayed there only one night and because of that there was no free tranfer to hotel although hotel advertise it (we had to pay USD 7 to get to airport). Anyway staff is helpful. and the room was ok. I would recommend it.

Dirty corridors - filthy. Dirty Lobby. Far from the centre. Rooms need painting. New Beds. Very surprised - decided not to stay even though rated on your website. Ive been in Asia for 6 months and so know what hotels/hostels should be like. Usually your website very good.

Nice place! Luckily it isn't in the sketchy lake-side area, but it is rather far from the river. Transport's cheap though.

They are in the middle of a renavation, so their kitchen is closed. Also, they refused to charge the balance of my room to my credit card, but insisted cash.

Took over thirty minutes to walk there from where the bus from Saigon dumps you off. Overhead lights by bed did not work, but overall an OK place if you are in that area of Phnom Penh.
