Very basic! Decent though, if you're just after a bed for the night its decent value!

Allright hostel, with good english speaking staff. But, if you want to use the laundry at this hostel, the clothes becomes NOT clean at all. So do not waste your dollars at this, you will get dissapointed, and will still walk around with dirty clothes.

From previous ratings I thought the guesthouse would be a nice place with FRIENDLY staff. Although the guesthouse wasn't that awful it was way over-priced for the conditions and the staff were among the most unfriendly I have met in the world. The location was terrible and construction everywhere.

This place is basic and clean. They will collect from bus company for free which is good. Ok for a quick stop in Phnom Penh, which is all you really need.

My room was dirty, the sheets and towels smelled like urine. Not to mention, there was a hole in our bathroom door and no lid on the toliet. Besides, being pretty dirty, it was okay. The staff wasn't very helpful though so if you stay here, you have to figure out things on your own.

Good helpful staff. Ok value, I'm not sure the price of the other accomadations in the area, but I think maybe you can find better value. This is a safe choice though.

The hostel appeared to be clean the first night, but actually I don't think the sheets are really that clean. Also, the room end up becoming very stuffy. It was cheap, so I guess you get for what you paid.

This place was really nice, but mainly because of the friendly staff. It is bit far out-maybe by 30 mins from the main city centre, but tuk tuks are everywhere. Thanks for everything.

These folks were great! Very helpful in arranging fair priced tours/transfers/transit. Location is just $1 moto to big bar area. Right now 8/27 there is construction, next door that starts around 0800, but not a prob if you get up early or sleep sound.

THis place is fine. 15/20 min walk to riverside but plenty of tuk-tuks or motorbikes available if you're fat. Building site next door is a pain so leave it a few months from this post. plenty of guesthouses around just none on here. like i say this place is fine and the staff are helpful.

We had no problms with this guesthouse. There is a huge construction site next door to them which isnt there fault but it wakes you up quite early. The rooms were clean, the staff were useful and they offer a good range of tours.

For the price, it wasn't that bad. I hear hostels near the lake and river where more backpackers stay can be sketchy compared to this one. Keep your expectations of Phnom Penh low and you'll be all right :)

Poky and dirty with death trap stairs. The sheets and pillows had stains. One of the bathrooms had a wall that didn't go up to the ceiling so bathroom smells could filter into the bedroom. We left after one night because it was so bad.
