Our first hostel in Cambodia. We enjoyed it very much, the staff was really nice and helpful and the rooms were clean. The only thing that could be improved is the possibilty to meet other guests.

Partial towards Caucasian visitors; rather indifferent towards Asian guests.

We only stayed one night there - its more like a hotel than a hostel, Rooms extremely clean and probably the best shower you can find in Asia ( except the Villa Siem Reap in Cambodia ). Ricky was good fun and very helpful. Recommended.

Great, friendly staff. Clean. Had a delicious dinner with the owners who are very hospitable. Ask Paul for restaurant suggestions as he'll save you from Cambodian tummy! Can recommend this hotel.

Really helpful staff for organising what to see in the City, and they have Rambo their own tuk tuk driver who was good to use for seeing the sights. Make sure you know the location beforehand though, it took ages to find due to the random street numbering!

Nice rooms with everything you need, hot power shower, fridge, AC and cable and owner really helpful too. Can be a bit confusing knowing who works there and who doesnt there are that many tuk tuk drivers and staff milling around reception. All good though!!!

Great hostel, quality staff and owner, who was a genuinely friendly (not just after your money) westerner. They resolved a problem for us that was not their fault. Not a bad word to say about the place, highly recommended.

The owners, Paul and Amanda who are Aussie and Canadian really made my stay comfortable. They were very helpful with letting me know where and where not to go, what to do next and I wont forget the meals! Whatever they were eating that night, we were able to eat as well! (for a small price of course) Got some true Khmer food! DELICIOUS! Highly recommend to those who want a clean, safe place to stay! Close to everything, staff so friendly!close

Me Mates Place is a great Hostel. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean rooms and facilities, good breakfasts, and only a few minutes walk to the town center. We'll be staying again when we're back in Phnom Penh!

This was a great guesthouse, everything was really new and clean. The rooms were huge and had fan + aircon, big bathroom, towels, tv, fridge... and for a very reasonable price. All the staff were friendly. Located right near the riverfront where there are alot of restaurants etc Would stay again

One of the top places if not the best we've stayed at so far this RTW trip. Staff were excellent and went out of their way to help with anything we wanted. Hostel very clean, great shower, served the best breakfast. Felt genuinely welcome and relaxed. Just wished we could have stayed longer!
