Our new apartments are located in the heart of Perugia commercial and business area, cinemas, shopping centre, swimming pool etc. All apartments are independent with their own toilet, fully equipped kitchen with washing machine free to use and wide panoramic terrace. The apartments are within an independent private building with their private car parking. The city centre is only 5 km and it's very easy to get there, just follow Via Pievaiola which arrives directly there; the bus stop to and from the city is in front of the building, buses are every 20 minutes. Distances Perugia city centre 6 Assisi 22 Trasimeno lake 15 Discos, pubs, restaurants and gym club, within 500 mt; golf club within 1 km, Warner Village Cinemas & shopping centre within 2 km. Hotel S. Ercolano: the room was almost FREEZING cold!!! One of the staff spoke very poor English.
