The personnel is kind and forthcoming, and I would recommend the staying to everybody who is not looking for a full-of-life and night-alive hotel (even though the receptionist answers to the speaking-tube 24h, so they could look for nightlife outside...).Only minor differences between description and reality, e.g.there is no hair dryer in the rooms.close

Good location. Room was a good size but for some reason the beds felt damp and there was a slight mildew smell.

The directions to find the hotel were verey hard to understand/follow. Although the hotel is central, it took 40 mins to find down a side street not really off Piazza Italia as advertised.

We were very happy with our experience at the Umbria Hotel. The hotel was very clean (they iron the sheets!) and comfortable. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The location was ideal - a little off the main strip (hence a little quieter at night) but easily accessible to everything by...
