Very nice family run hotel. Superb location right in the very center off all of it. Service-oriented family members. Thank you for the parking! (right in front of the house...)

We are not typical hostellers - we are a 59-year old couple. So the lack of "fun" did not bother us one bit. Great location. We did not interact much with the owners, but in one incident they showed themselves to be people of great integrity. We would definitely stay there again if...

It was actually worth the extra €5 each, as it was table service with real coffee, a variety of teas, fresh bread, condiments, yogurt, real juice, pastries etc.close

Very cute little hotel right in the center of town. No frills, but it's a great bargain and very clean and comfy. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Great place to stay. The owners are very friendly and helpful. he helped us move our suitcases all the way to the third floor despite us telling him that it wasnt necessary. Great people

I have studied in Perugia twice before visiting this time. I chose this hotel for its excelent location, it is right in the center of everything. If you are traveling alone and possibly staying out late at night, the location couldn't be better. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels everyday.
