When we turned up at Hotel Perugia we were sent to another hotel. Apparently they have problems with the plumbing. The substitute hotel was noisy with loud music from few doors down and student groups making so much noise when they came in well past midnight and early morning. The substitute hotel was noisy with loud music from few doors down and student groups making so much noise when they came in well past midnight and early morning. Such a poor excuse and unprofessional for a hotel when we made the booking 6 months ago. I wonder if the booking is for a longer period this will happen.close

The only negative aspect of the hotel was that the door knob broke off when we were trying to get out of the room in the morning.. It just literally fell out.
