'La Villa' is situated in a small and inhabited center named 'Villa Pitignano', 8 Km from the historic centre of Perugia. The structure is composed of 3 big rooms, all with private bathroom . In all rooms there is a private TV. In the living room there is a big fireplace with seating. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, all to possible and free use of the hosts. The breakfast can be served inner or outside on the external large terrace where you can hear the sound of the nature. On the external terrace there is also a BBQ to free use of the hosts. Payment: Cash only, on arrival. Check-in: after 12:30pm until 22pm. Check-out: before 10:30am.
