This was easy to find, large rooms, helpful manager. It was also in a good location to the town's centre and train station.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Domus Minervae. The woman who owns the place is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and decorated in a European fashion, the beds made up daily, and the place has a very peaceful feel about it. The rooms are clean and decorated in a European fashion, the beds made up daily, and the place has a very peaceful feel about it. Probably the piece de resistance was the breakfast, which included meat, cheese, toast, cakes (the most delicious home made cake, made by the owner - I highly recommend it!!), pastries, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juice and water. We couldn't have wanted anything more and would definitely stay here again if in Perugia.close

We had planned to stay 1 night and decided to stay 2, as we were very happy with this hotel. Really friendly staff/owners who do their best to help you enjoy your stay, great room, very clean. Our room was at the front so did get a bit noisy, but the price was great value for what we got.

We were very happy with the directions to Alla Residenza Domus Minervae. The breakfast was another treat, it helped us alot to be able to eat in the morning with a bit of a selection.

The place is very good to stay! Very well located, has a good room, with a good view. the staff is also kind. the only thing that is not good there is the shower. It has hot water, but if you go to take your shower at the rush time, the hot water wont last too long. i would go back.

The staff are absolutely gorgeous, when we arrived they upgraded us to a room with an ensuite for no extra cost (we'd booked one with a shared bathroom). The rooms are lovely and spacious and very clean. The breakfast, included in the price, was the best we've had during our 5 weeks in Italy! would definitely recommend staying here if you visit perugia.close

It was a delight to stay here with an exeptioally warm welcome. The wendyhouse in the breakfast room was a highlight of the stay. ideally located in a beautiful and magical city
