Great place, great staff. Very ecofriendly, character wood rooms, get the second floor balcony for grat mountain views. Wonderful dining next door. Out of character for Aguas Calientes (thank heavens!)

Nice view, clean, design of the room and building. it was the greatest hotel that I stayed for the whole trip. Well, only thing was probably they could do better with breakfast.

Does not at all look like the pictures! DON´T BE FOOLED! Staff was rude! Roms were not clean, lots of spider´s web. Paied for one night just to get out of there as soon as possible! Best thing about the place was a small map we got. that says something!

Bad showers that keep turning from hot to freezing cold every minute. We also booked two rooms as the web site said there was only room for two people in each but when we arrived one room had enough for four people and the other had for 3 so we ended up paying a lot more.

As well, the bathroom was always soaking wet, it never dried. I realize this could be due to the climate but it was rather gross.close

nice, but nothing special. Shower was touchy, sometimes hot, sometimes cold. No computers for internet. Staff is nice. You need to walk up lots of stairs to get there.

El hostal me parecio muy bueno. Pero no me parece bien no me descuenten los u$s 31 que me debitaron en la tarjeta por la reserva. Nunca me habia pasado eso.

This was a very nice hostel but as a solo traveler I wouldn't necessarily recommend it if you are looking to meet other people. It is a very secluded hostel and although not far from the center there are other places much closer. It isn't a very good hostel for meeting people either.

This is a beautiful place with tons of character. The rooms were a pleasure and the staff was helpful and charming. I would hesitate to reccomend this hostal. The only minor comment is the steps leading up to the tranquil spot. It is well worth the effort to be in such a lovely place.

Beautiful location, especially views from the balcony of the upper floor rooms. A fantastic treat after the Inca Trail. Great breakfast!

Very nice hostel with a fantastic resturant attached. The included breakfast was amazing as was the dinner we ate there. Also had hot showers that were great after the Inca trail!

Location is poor, and a difficult walk to get there with bags. Lots of noise outside( steps to other places )and not really sound proof. Value for money is not good.

This is a great spot just a block or two away from the town square. It´s a long walk to the hot springs, but a beautiful and enjoyable one. Breakfast was amazing (and complimentary!) and the staff was friendly and helpful. Gorgeous little cozy cabins.

I really loved this place. The bugnalows a very roomy and extremely comfortable. The hospitality is second to none, and the japanese inspired food is very fresh and tasty. Definately the place to stay in Aguas Calientes.

The rooms were nice and we liked the balconies especially but on the whole this place is very average, especially for the money you pay, but I guess it'll be the same most places in Machu Picchu..

Very nice other than the huge very rugged staircase to get to the place. Very quiet though with a cute little balcony. Fell asleep at night to the church bells and awoke at 0430 by a pesky rooster. Great coffee for breakfast. Would recommend.

There was a screw up with reservations. They only had us for one night even though we booked two. Either on Rupi Wasi or Hostelworld didn't communicate the reservation properly. This also happened with other people we were meeting there but they didn't use Hostel World. Too pricey.
